Ive always had the most fun at Trash Talk shows in the NY area. I dont really understand the hate they get nowadays (maybe it's cause people feel like they sold out) but I have never been disappointed by their music or shows I've been too. The always bring crazy fuckin energy to their sets and people go off. they are always a must see for me when theyre in town Trash Talk's music feels kinda dull the last couple of years, but they're gorgeous live. Whole lotta energy. See i hated them until i saw them live. Got silly into them this year after they played with YOT.

The Ghost Inside are always great to see live, especially when they play shit of Returners. STYG I love seeing too minus all the vegan talk. I seen Knocked Loose for the first time this year in Melbourne too and they were great live.

The live bands sticking out the most to me: - Crawlspace (utterly brutal. There albums can sound a little dull, but they're a menace live. The atmosphere, the pure nasty brutality... Amazing) - First Blood (especially during their Killafornia era) - Morning Again - Walls of Jericho (could watch them live and start a riot at their show any time of the day) - Madball (they remind me everytime why I love hardcore so much) - Born From Pain - Neurosis I saw First Blood in Melbourne once and their mosh was one the craziest and most brutal I've seen.

The first time I ever saw First Blood was insane. It was at the New England Metal Fest back in 2006? They made me a fan instantly, and I've loved them since. OT: I can finally say Chon

MUTEMATH, Foals, Father John Misty, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard were all insane, but Sigur Rós is the best show I've ever seen.

I got the pleasure to see Moving mountains, then Gaza, then Converge in one show. In a shitty small venue in my town, on a tuesday evening, and there was like.. 40 people there. It was amazing

Stray From The Path it's not like I hated them or anything, just never really got into them. Then listened to their live show and fuck I was blown away. You literally took the words out of my mouth. They played at The Note in West Chester PA (Bam Margera's place) with Reign Supreme, Counterparts, and Gideon. Blew me away. That was my first time seeing Counterparts too and they hooked me even more. The Acacia Strain has always been fun shows for me, although the music isn't always on point (Live presence with DL was better tho). My Iron Lung really impressed me, and they're not even my type. Very cool vibes and really into the music they played.

Shipwreck AD, Have Heart and Verse euro tour back in 2008 (I think) was sick. Wish I could see them live again.

I have a few: Converge - always sound stellar no matter how many times I've seen them, this also applies to... The Dillinger Escape Plan - these guys play the most technical music I listen to and still thrash around the stage whilst playing it The Locust - these guys had amazing stage presence with their weird bug outfits and are so tight its unreal The one band I hadn't heard, then saw live and fell in love with were... Cult of Luna - what a show they put on. Such a wall of sound. Saw Converge with Gaza and Moving Mountains, wish an opportunity to see them again would come around. Super good show, only complaint is we were in a smoking venue and he said initially whenever he got on stage that not to smoke by the stage due to allergies and would loose his voice (which everyone still fucking smoked no respect) and about 2/3rds of the set he started loosing his voice, still did awesome but sad to see. All the local venues are smoke free now so would like for them to come close to home and get the full effect.
