Idk about other states, but I Oregon we have a small chain of Hawaiian restaurant called Roxy's. I always order the Shoyu chicken with all rice (you get 2 scoops of a side and a 3rd scoop of another side I.e mac salad or whatever.)
It's so fucking good and I have shamelessly destroyed two full orders in one sitting. I will eat shoyu chicken anywhere, but that place is the best.

There's a somewhat local 'chain' by us here called Thirsty Lion (They only have a few locations). They have the 'NW Pub Burger'...which is the best burger I've ever had. Description from menu: Gorgonzola infused burger with grilled sweet onion, maple pepper bacon, white cheddar, arugula and horseradish cream. ITS A GORGONZOLA INFUSED PATTY. YES. And maple bacon....... EDIT: Found a pic. Ciabatta bun puts this over the top.  |

Breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, juice and coffee.
Lunch: chicken or beef paninis with some fruit, maybe a small baggies of corn/baked chips on the side and water/juice/milk/soda. I'm not picky.
Dinner: Steak, well done with caramelized onions and mushrooms on top, with steak fries, coleslaw and salad on the side. Soda/water and/or a good beer to drink.

Burger "Fabelhafter" with Sweet Potato Fries and a honey-mustard dip at "Hans im Glück". If you ever visit Germany, go find one and get some food. The Burger contains a wheatpatty, herb salad, orange-mustard-sauce and avocado creme. And of course salad, tomatoes and red onions. It's the best thing I ever tasted yo. To drink I get "Sommerwind" which is a non-alcoholic cocktail that basically tastes like a touchdown cocktail. Hungryyy now. Couldn't find a better picture, forgive me  |
