Is anyone watching this? I started watching it today, binging it currently. It's so unique and well made. Loving it. Description from IMDb: "Follows teenager Clay Jensen, in his quest to uncover the story behind his classmate and crush, Hannah, and her decision to end her life." IMDb link: LINK

I binged it as well. Really enjoyed it, but now I'm going to have to read the book because I wasn't quite satisfied with the show.

Good show, very emotional. I watched all episodes in one sitting, I've heard the book is way better though.

Yeah this was easily the best show I've seen on Netflix this year so far. That finale was devastating. Kept me hooked all the way through though!

Surprisingly the last episode didn't hit me as hard, but overall I rate it. Solid show.

I think it was more the shock factor of a) what you knew had happened all along but didn't want to acknowledge and b) her parents discovering her - so well acted. I had a lump in my throat for a long time after that.

I'm late but I really liked the series. Contrary to - I think - a lot of people I actually thought the characters were very well designed. I also read the book back in 2007, and I think the series was at least as good. Also the thing about the media going crazy about them showing her cutting her wrists like you would in real-life instead of the "safe movie version"... I think it was crucial to show it like that because it makes the viewer recognise just how "ugly" suicide actually is. I don't think 12year olds are gonna watch that scene to then go on tumblr and romanticise suicide. Well, I mean, I wouldn't recommend the show to 12year olds in the first place but I guess you get what I mean

I personally think this is a terrible idea could turn out horribly, but if done right it's very necessary because of how many things they left undone. But it's also not a bad thing to leave a viewer wondering, instead of angry with a shit outcome.
