My guess is if they ever accept Power Trips challenge, these shows will be here in the DFW area Texas. I hope the underground community across the spectrum shows up in support. This guy is basically challenging the NYHC scene which I am not entirely sure that's a wise way to go.

I don’t know about you guys, but for me, Trapt are just that band with that one song... lol “Headstrong.” That was in some video game soundtrack and I heard it a million times. As to this storyline with Power Trip, I don’t know clearly the details, but Power Trip are kind of a cool band, so there’s that. I’d call them slightly overrated, but they really have a great sound and some banging songs. I also like how one of their members is also in a Trad heavy metal band or two.

Power trip gets love from us because they came from the hardcore scene. To me its always cool to see these bands who opened shows to my favorite bands crossover to the mainstream metal scene. For example about 10 years ago power trip opened what was called the 10 for 10 tour and they killed it and felt right at home for a hardcore show to them playing with lamb of god and doing all those big metal festivals is a cool sight. Same with Code Orange, or Jesus Piece doing shows with rappers its good to see hardcore bands coming up like that. Hell Corey taylor was saying he saw knocked loose as the future of heavy music.

I was having a laugh at his twitter the other day. Pretty hilarious how the entire community is taking the piss at him. Total idiot.

I've been following his meltdown pretty close since it first started. I got involved saying one thing and I got blocked by the guy. I'm so invested in this that I made a second twitter account just for the banter.
From calling out Power Trip to Ice-T and the whole ''metalcore community'' and now he is calling out gamers and everybody who streams on Twitch. Fun fact: he made a twitch account last night. This is quarantine gold.

Definitively seeking clout. Maybe mental sickness? In that case its just sad. I'd love to see him get knocked out if its the former though.

I personally love the cheese spewing from them old 25 records. many years ago Rick lost it. He started to talk alot of shit about madball, Wisdom and skarhead and mainly the scene in general. Made the most crazy video's and Facebook posts Just to talk shit about everyone. He fucked it up all by himself.

I didn't get it. lol, who is the vocalist performing for? He spent so much of the time walking in circles and facing his band more than the people who were possibly watching? And that crowd (?) was dead. But oh well. I am not very familiar with 25 Ta Life, outside of a couple of songs that were on some skateboarding games and stuff. I suppose if your audience is dead, it's hard to get the energy going though, so that's tough.
