I rely on ripping songs to a CD and using that. On my old car I had a stereo installed that allowed me to use a USB and I used an old iPod to listen to music. Those were the days, but I'm too lazy to pay a couple of hundred dollars for a stereo and then paying someone to install it.

I'm still old school. I burn CDs and just play them in my '03 Civic. I've tried the whole fm tuner contraption but could never find a crips station, the sound quality was always fuzzy.

I use aux cord to a chinese clone "iPod" called iHold or something like that. Burnt CDs and of course, phone's music library.
