So I wanted to get some recommendations on Christian metal bands. I have expanded the number of bands I listen to and was curious if there were any other bands of this ilk out there worth giving a spin.
Already have Fit For a King, For All Eternity, some Wolves at the Gate, and Haste the Day among others.

If “metal” = “hardcore”: No Innocent Victim and Bloody Sunday.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head was For Today. Wasn’t August Burns Red considered Christian metalcore? I know Matty Mullins from Memphis May Fire has been rather outspoken in his beliefs.

Do Oh Sleeper count? Might just be Solid state records as opposed to the bands on their roster

Personal favorite is Sleeping Giant. I didn't categorize myself as a true believer, but they always found the way to bring religion closer to me. Also: Destroy the Runner, As I Lay Dying, For Today, War of Ages, Inhale Exhale, MyChildren MyBride, Texas in July, Corpus Christi, A Plea fur Purging, Burden of a Day. Most of them no longer active, but they were my jam back in the day.

TBH, I always felt it oxymoronic the term "Christian metal", because to me the bands felt more like a mainstream cash grab more than anything than artists trying to instill Christian messages and values in their music. I appreciated efforts I heard that honestly felt like they were trying though. IIRC, For Today's song "Pariah" is a good example.

If “metal” = “hardcore”: No Innocent Victim and Bloody Sunday. I still rock my No Innocent Victim hoodie every now and then. Some of the hardest bands out there in their time. xDeathstarx should be mentioned as well. Venia was another good hardcore band back in the early 2010s

Almost forgot Alove For Enemies and Symphony In Peril! Alove For Enemies! Long time, no hear. They had the talent of creating the most crushing breakdowns ever.
