I loved Structures' first album, but they kinda went to shit after that IMO. They were horrible live too. BOO, ATB and VOM were always my favourites, but there were a few other awesome bands that somewhat fit into the "Sumeriancore" genre, even if they weren't necessarily part of Sumerian Records. The Afterimage, Circle of Contempt, Die Atlantic, Erra, Northlane, Glaciers and Substructure come to mind. EDIT: Made links more visible. I loved Substructure! Totally forgot about them. I'd also put in Entities here but they aren't really Sumeriancore as much as some as these other bands, they're like a little mix of that sound + a lot of influence from The Contortionist

I never understood why Sumerian never signed Within the Ruins - they seem to fit into their roster like a glove.

Structures fucking ruled. Ignore the awful mixing of this record. It was still awesome. Woah totally forgot. "/" had like the best clean singing for me back then. Top record. Was not a fan after the vocalist change.

Yeah add in Structures, their best work still for me is the very first EP though. They managed to make the mastering on their full length sound like straight garbage
