Volumes - Via really does it for me. The breakdown on Affirmation of Ascension = serious gains.
And I listen to PVRIS - White Noise when I'm feeling upbeat and poppy/doing cardio like a wuss.

Cant go wrong with hatebreed, but lately ive been listening to terror - one with the underdogs and first blood - rules Hatebreed does it for me! Been a while since i've been to the gym.. Maybe it's time again! Also on my playlist: Madball Slayer No Turning Back Born From Pain Nice selection! Confession is another good one for the gym, makes me want to get my mike tyson on and bite someones ear off!

Can't go wrong with any NYHC, moshcore or beatdown. The dirtier the groove, the better it gets. Anything too uptempo doesn't work for me.

Comeback Kid (especially wake the dead) is great for cardio inparticular. Something about that band's riffs/grooves makes me want to run/bike etc

You can't go wrong with some Beatdown, Tough Guy HC or Metallic Hardcore.
