My go to when I really have to go hard or lift something really heavy is bitter end - guilty as charged. I actually listened to this tonight at the gym. I've never gotten into Bitter End before but they'll be on constant rotation now.

There's a lil EP by a band named Menace called Agony that I stumbled upon that became a go to. Super chunky yet thrashy for a well-rounded gym intro.
